Job Description :
- Develop creative video concepts, scripts, and content plans aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Manage end-to-end video production, from ideation, shooting, and editing to final publication.
- Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Produce various content formats, including educational videos, product explainers, interviews, tutorials, promotional content, and event recaps.
- Translate technology-related topics into engaging and easy-to-understand visual content.
- Handle video shooting and editing using smartphones, cameras, and tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Copywriters, Designers, and technical teams to support campaigns and brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends and video performance to improve content quality and engagement.
- Manage production timelines and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Film, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 1–2 years of experience in video content creation, production, or social media. Internship, freelance, and personal projects are welcome.
- Able to develop creative concepts, write scripts, shoot, and edit videos independently.
- Familiar with short-form video formats, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent editing tools.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willing to participate in on-site shoots, interviews, and event coverage.
- A video portfolio is mandatory, including personal, freelance, internship, or campus projects.
- Interest or experience in technology, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, AI, or cybersecurity is an advantage
