KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create a weekly to monthly content plan for upcoming content needs.
• Develop creative content ideas and concepts for social media platforms.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Create content for the Company’s blog and website.
• Conduct research on trends and relevant topics related to the Company and its industry.
• Write scripts, captions, and copywriting for various content needs.
• Collaborate with the Design Team and Social Media Team throughout the content production and publishing process.
• Develop informative, engaging, and creative content that aligns with the Company’s brand and target audience.
• Evaluate content performance and provide ideas for future content development.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum SMA/D3/S1, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media, or other related fields.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or in a related role.
• Creative and able to develop fresh, engaging, and relevant content ideas.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
• Strong visual storytelling, scriptwriting, and copywriting skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Design Team and Social Media Team.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous content creation work is required.
