Job description for Content Creator at Posper Indonesia
Posper Digital is looking for a Content Creator who is creative, expressive, trend-aware, and comfortable turning ideas into engaging social media content.
As a Content Creator, you will work closely with the Social Media, Creative, and Account teams to produce content for various brands across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This role requires someone who is not only familiar with current social media trends, but also able to understand a brand's character and translate creative briefs into content that feels natural, relevant, and engaging.
Requirements:
- Passionate about social media, content creation, visual storytelling, and digital trends, with a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content.
- Have good smartphone videography skills, including framing, composition, camera movement, angles, lighting, and shot variety.
- Proficient in CapCut or similar editing tools, with strong skills in pacing, sequencing, transitions, audio, subtitles, and visual storytelling.
- Have a strong visual sense and creative taste, with the ability to adapt shooting and editing styles to different brands and target audiences.
- Able to independently execute on-site content shoots, manage shot lists, direct talents, adapt to actual conditions, and solve production challenges without constant supervision.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to turn briefs into strong, executable content ideas while contributing improvements to the final output.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, collaborating across teams, handling feedback, and managing content for multiple brands.
- Portfolio or showreel showcasing shooting and editing capabilities is required; previous brand, agency, freelance, or commercial experience is highly preferred
*Remote working arrangement, with availability for occasional client visits and on-site shoots. Domicile in Gading Serpong or nearby areas is preferred.
