Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm and create engaging content ideas for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc).
- Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content that aligns with client and agency branding.
- Develop creative captions, scripts, and storytelling concepts for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure brand consistency and visual impact.
- Stay updated with current trends, memes, and viral content to keep campaigns relevant and fresh.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting according to strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist (agency experience is a plus).
- Skilled in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or After Effects) and basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop).
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Passionate about social media trends and brand communication.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team spirit.
- Portfolio or sample works is required.
