Job Description:
We are looking for a UGC TikTok Content Creator to help us create relatable, entertaining, and engaging TikTok content that can bring new users to our dating app. This role is a great opportunity for current university students, fresh graduates, and aspiring content creators who want to earn based on the performance of the content they create.
As a UGC Content Creator, you will:
Create relatable TikTok videos around dating, relationships, being single, and social life
Follow content briefs, formats, and ideas provided by our team
Develop your own engaging hooks, storytelling, and video concepts that have the potential to generate high views
Create content using an organic and soft-selling approach
Keep up with TikTok trends and adapt them to dating and relationship content
Create content consistently based on campaign needs
Communicate with our team on content ideas, revisions, and improvements
Payment:
This position does not have a fixed monthly salary.
You will be paid based on the number of views generated by the content you create.
The better your content performs, the more you can potentially earn (Up to 5jt+ per video)
There is no minimum follower requirement. We care more about your ability to create engaging content that gets people to stop scrolling and watch.
Requirements:
Minimum education: Current university students and fresh graduates
18 years old or above
Active TikTok user who understands current TikTok trends
Experience creating TikTok or short-form video content
Must have a public TikTok account
Must have your own original content posted on your TikTok account as a portfolio
Presentable and comfortable appearing on camera
Not afraid or shy in front of the camera
Has an internet personality — expressive, engaging, entertaining, and able to capture people's attention
Creative and able to create relatable content
Understands how to create strong hooks and engaging storytelling
Interested in dating, relationships, lifestyle, or social media
Responsible and able to follow content briefs
