Job description for Content Creator at PASTE LABORATORY
Paste Laboratory is a plastic recycling company based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Since June 2021, we have collected more than 150+ tons of plastic waste. Every month, we produce 1.000 recycled products with a simple, modern, and sustainable style.
Starting from our concern over the amount of plastic waste that threatens the environment, we continue to strive to develop the technology of utilizing plastic waste into new items with high functional, artistic and economic value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute content strategies and monthly content calendars with the marketing team
- Produce photo and video content for all social media platforms, aligned with defined content pillars.
- Handle end-to-end content production, from pre-production to post-production.
- Ensure all content follows Paste Laboratory's brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Monitor content performance and provide monthly insights and evaluations.
- Stay updated with social media trends and apply them creatively to the brand.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist.
- Strong skills in photo & video production and editing. • Familiar with social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Able to follow brand guidelines consistently.
- Comfortable working on-site and in a workshop environment.
- Strong interest in sustainability and creative industries.
