About Us
Kitar is a fast-growing tech company and second-hand mobile phone retailer in Indonesia, specializing in the recycling and resale of certified pre-owned smartphones. Currently, we're looking for a highly creative Content Creator to take charge of Kitar ID’s social media account. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and editing engaging content that resonates with our Indonesian audience and drives rapid growth of our social presence. You will work closely with talents to bring content ideas to life and help build a strong brand voice on social media.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end content creation process for Kitar ID’s social media account
• Write compelling short-form scripts tailored for short video (i.e TikTok) trends and local culture
• Collaborate with on-camera talents to film creative and authentic content
• Edit videos with a strong storytelling sense and viral hook in the first 3 seconds
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Stay updated on short video trends and audience behavior to optimize content strategy
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on data and feedback
Requirement
• Proven experience creating content for TikTok or other short video platforms
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or other relevant tools)
• Excellent sense of storytelling, timing, and trend awareness
• Highly creative and proactive, with an eye for what captures attention
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dynamic team
