Content Creator
Startspace is looking for a creative, innovative, and passionate Content Creator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing engaging content ideas and producing high-quality visual and video content that strengthens Startspace’s brand presence and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Develop content ideas and concepts aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for social media, campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content strategies.
- Write compelling captions and collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize content performance.
- Ensure all content is aligned with Startspace’s brand identity and communication style.
- Cover company events and community activities to create real-time and post-event content.
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve content quality and engagement.
Requirements
- Male or Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Broadcasting, or other related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and content best practices.
- Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Basic photography and videography skills are required.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking abilities.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and creating content independently when needed.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing previous content creation work.
- Willing to work full-time on-site (100% WFO) in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
