Eclaire is a growing women's fashion brand offering timeless, feminine, and effortlessly chic pieces for women of different shapes and sizes.
We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and hands-on Content Creator who loves fashion, storytelling, and creating engaging visual content!
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, and other digital platforms.
- Create short-form videos, including Reels, TikTok videos, product showcases, styling content, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling ideas that align with Eclaire's brand identity.
- Produce high-quality product photos and videos, including model shoots, flat lays, and lifestyle content.
- Collaborate with the Creative Brand Lead and marketing team on content planning and campaign execution.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, and fashion content styles.
- Create engaging organic content and performance-driven creatives for digital ads.
- Manage the content production process, from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery.
- Ensure consistent visual quality, brand aesthetics, and timely content delivery.
- Analyze content performance and continuously improve creative approaches based on results.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or Social Media Content Specialist.
- Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including lighting, framing, and composition.
- Able to independently shoot and edit high-quality short-form videos.
- Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Familiar with creating engaging hooks, product-focused content, and conversion-driven videos.
- Creative, proactive, organized, and comfortable working with deadlines.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Comfortable directing models or talents during content production.
- Portfolio of previous photo and video work is required.

Working Days: Monday–Friday
Working Hours: 09.00–17.00 WIB
