- Stay up to date with social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Create engaging and creative content ideas aligned with brand goals.
- Develop content concepts, captions, and simple scripts.
- Proficient in editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or similar applications.
- Understand basic video editing, transitions, audio, and short-form content formats.
- Comfortable collaborating with the creative team during content production.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
- Detail-oriented and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
