Requirements:
* Ability and confidence in front of camera
* Ability to work FULL TIME / WFO from Jakarta Barat
* Ability to create engaging photo and video content for social media, especially Tiktok.
* Experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands.
* Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
* Knowledge of men's fashion styling.
* Strong understanding of visual storytelling.
* Ability to generate fresh and creative content ideas consistently.
* Understanding of hooks, transitions, pacing, and audience retention.
* Ability to create aspirational and brand-consistent content.
* Understanding of target audiences.
* Creativity combined with commercial awareness and brand consistency.
