Job description for Content Creator at PT Ekaya Business Solutions
We are looking for a creative Content Creator to manage the restaurant’s day-to-day social media content and build a strong visual presence online. The restaurant has 3 branches in Bali, so the content creator will have to regularly visit the branches.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a monthly content plan and content calendar.
Plan and conduct photo and video shoots for the restaurant, food, team, ambience and events.
Create and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok and other social platforms.
Manage social media pages, including posting, captions, hashtags and scheduling.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, sounds and creative concepts and adapt them for the restaurant.
Work closely with the restaurant team to consistently generate fresh and engaging content.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant/F&B, hospitality or lifestyle content creation.
Strong skills in photography, videography and short-form video editing.
Owns the appropriate camera/phone, lighting, audio and editing equipment required to produce high-quality content.
Highly creative with a strong understanding of what performs on Instagram and TikTok.
Able to work independently from concept → shoot → edit → publish.
Good English communication skills.
Based in or able to work regularly in Bali.
Ideal candidate: Someone who is not just a videographer/editor, but can think creatively, identify trends and turn them into content that drives reach, engagement and restaurant visits.
