As our Content Creator, you will take full ownership of planning, producing, and executing captivating content across our social media platforms. Your primary mission is to be the confident face and voice of our brand on camera, turning creative concepts into high-performing short-form videos, engaging storytelling, and trend-driven campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Execution: Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content, incorporating UGC (User-Generated Content) and KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) styles.
- On-Camera Talent: Appear confidently on camera for product showcases, reviews, storytelling, and brand or product campaigns.
- Creative Strategy: Develop creative content concepts aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and industry-specific narratives (e.g., beauty, lifestyle, or fragrances).
- Trend Adaptation: Stay updated with viral social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- End-to-End Production: Script, shoot, and coordinate content production, applying basic photography, lighting setups, and editing tools for short-form videos and reels.
- Performance Analytics: Track social media analytics, monitor content performance, and contribute data-driven ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Content Creator, with a strong background in beauty, lifestyle, or product-focused content (digital/creative agency experience is a strong advantage).
- Highly confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera with a creative mindset and strong storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, current trends, and UGC/KOC content formats.
- Proven experience handling brand or product launch campaigns from concept to execution.
- Proficient with basic video production, photography, studio lighting setups, and editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and tracking content performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a strong passion for fragrances and the perfume industry.
