As our Content Creator, you will be the creative force behind our short-form social media presence, conceptualizing, producing, and editing compelling video content that captivates our target audience. Your primary mission is to translate brand briefs into viral, platform-native content across TikTok and Instagram Reels, driving audience engagement, brand affinity, and organic growth through trend-driven, brand-led, and UGC-style storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end short-form video content from initial ideation and scripting to hands-on shooting and mobile editing.
- Translate strategic brand briefs into engaging, platform-relevant social media content across brand-led, trend-driven, educational, entertainment, and UGC formats.
- Appear on camera when needed and direct simple content shoots to ensure high visual standards and narrative alignment.
- Edit fast-paced, high-retention short-form social media videos using software such as CapCut.
- Continuously monitor viral social media trends, audio tracks, and platform algorithms across TikTok and Instagram Reels to capitalize on culturally relevant moments.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to align short-form video production with ongoing brand campaigns and product pushes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or in a similar creative role.
- Deep understanding of short-form video mechanics, social media dynamics, and algorithm shifts on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Comprehensive hands-on production capability spanning content ideation, scripting, camera operation, on-camera performance, and editing.
- High proficiency in CapCut and comfort with rapid short-form video editing workflows.
- Demonstrated versatility in executing various content formats, including UGC-style, educational, entertaining, and brand-led video content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-engagement short-form video content is highly preferred.
- Experience working within a creative agency, digital agency, production house, or fast-moving consumer brand is a strong plus.
- Background or strong affinity for beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, or other trend-driven consumer industries is a plus.
