Job description for Content Creator at Aksoro
As a Content Creator, you will take full end-to-end ownership of driving revenue for a product from Aksoro. You will be responsible for creating high-converting sales assets—including copywriting, visual design, and video editing—and directly converting interest into final sales by managing incoming inquiries and closing deals.
Job Description:
- Brainstorm, design, and produce highly persuasive marketing assets (copywriting, promotional graphics, and video editing) focused exclusively on one dedicated Aksoro product.
- Manage and optimize communication funnels (WhatsApp and Direct Messages) to capture high-intent leads driven by your marketing assets.
- Actively respond to and nurture all incoming leads, handling product inquiries, overcoming objections, and executing final sales transactions (closing).
- Maintain post-sale communication with buyers to ensure satisfaction, collect powerful testimonials, and leverage customer feedback for future promotional materials.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of both content metrics and actual sales conversion rates to continuously optimize the product's revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major (preferably in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related area).
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in digital marketing content creation (copywriting, graphic design, video editing) combined with direct sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva/Photoshop for visual design and CapCut/Premiere/VN for video editing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills via text and voice with a high-closing rate orientation.
- Experience handling a high volume of work and prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently domiciled in Yogyakarta and willing to work from office
