Job Detail & Responsibilities:
• Creative Development: Generate and execute innovative content ideas that are engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
• Strategic Planning: Develop social media strategies and campaign decks that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable results.
• Analytics & Insights: Analyze performance data, reports, and audience insights to identify learnings, provide actionable recommendations, and improve future strategies.
• Content Production: Manage content creation end-to-end — from shooting and editing to briefing external partners when necessary.
• Trendspotting: Monitor social media trends, conversations, and viral moments, transforming them into timely and relevant content ideas.
• Social Media Handling: Oversee day-to-day social media operations, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, ensuring consistent, on-brand communication.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align content and strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Job Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a content creator handling social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Open for Fresh Graduate with Internship experience in handling creative and social media
• Strong creative thinking skills with a good sense of social media taste and storytelling.
• Solid strategic thinking ability, with experience creating impactful decks and content plans.
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting metrics and turning insights into improved strategies.
• Proficiency in content production tools (shooting, editing, and briefing creatives).
• Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and digital communities.
• Curious, eager to learn, and driven by the desire to gain hands-on experience.
• Excellent taste and intuition for what works on social media, with attention to detail and quality.
