Job description for Content Creator at MAY MAY Salon

Kualifikasi :

- Mahasiswa/i Tingkat Akhir Dipersilahkan Melamar
- Jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi / DKV / Multimedia atau sejenisnya
- Siap menggunakan HP Pribadi untuk take content.
- Wajib memiliki Min HP Iphone
- WFO (office/salon) 6 hari/minggu.
- Domisi diutamakan Surabaya

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

Produksi Konten Kreatif: Merencanakan, mengambil video (take content), dan mengedit konten video/foto secara rutin untuk kebutuhan media sosial (TikTok, Instagram Reels, dll).
Live Streaming & Manajemen Kreatif: Mengonsep ide kreatif, membuat storyboard atau skrip konten, serta bersedia memandu sesi live streaming jika diperlukan.
Riset Tren: Memantau tren media sosial terkini, audio yang sedang viral, dan algoritma terbaru untuk diterapkan pada konten brand (terutama di bidang kecantikan/salon).
Kolaborasi Tim: Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal untuk memastikan visual dan pesan konten selaras dengan branding perusahaan.
Analisis Performa: Memantau perkembangan dan interaksi konten yang diunggah untuk meningkatkan engagement audiens.
