OBJECTIVE
Content Creator to craft high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms that goes beyond basic posting by applying key marketing and social media content principles during ideation and execution to capture audience attention, clearly deliver brand marketing messages, and drive key performance metrics (Hook, Retention, Engagement, Saves, Shares, and Conversions)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Development & Drafting:
- Write and develop content copy (headlines, scripts, caption) based on briefs and content pillars.
- Assist in developing monthly content plans and briefs for the visual team
- Proofread and edit content before publication to ensure clarity and accuracy
Creative Production (e.g., photo, video, animation, recording, etc)
- Support production processes by ensuring copy and storyline requirements are fulfilled
Influencer Campaign Execution
- Develop content guidelines for KOL/Influencer utilization
- Prepare briefs for KOLs/media
Live Event Coverage & Real-Time Content
- Provide shotlists and content requirements for live event coverage
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCE
Minimum Educational Level:
D3 - College or university degree in marketing communication or related
Working Experience:
minimum 1 years of experience as copywriter/content creator/content writer
Functional Competence:
- Short-form & long-form copywriting skills (e.g., headlines, short video scripts, captions, supers)
- Deep understanding of social media platform algorithms and native behaviors
- Ability to translate abstract marketing objectives into actionable, concrete Visual Briefs for graphic designers and motion graphers.
