JOBDESC :
1. Creating and Developing Content :
Develop and execute creative ideas for multimedia content that aligns with Laskala Brand Identity
2. Collaboration with Product departement :
work closely with product departement to understand new product, key features and unique selling points.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with the sales team to determine which products will be highlighted and promoted.
Align content creation strategies with sales objective to maximize product visibility and drive conversions.
3. End-to-End content production :
take content, scripting, shooting, and work closely with graphic designer or video editor about editing content
4. Content Calendar Management :
Develop and maintain a content calendar for IG, TikTok, Shopee and ensuring timely and relevant posts
Align content releases with product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns
5. Model Recruitment, Coordination and Styling :
Coordinate with all contributors to ensure smooth content creation processes
stylize models to ensure a cohensive and on-brand representation in all visual content.
