Qualifications:
- Short-Form Native: Active daily user and creator on TikTok and Instagram Reels who understands current hooks, pacing, audio trends, and algorithm behavior.\
- High-Volume Execution: Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish multiple short-form videos daily using only a smartphone and mobile apps (CapCut, VN, or native in-app editors) without heavy studio setups.
- Men’s Fashion Sense: Strong interest in men's fashion, styling, and everyday outfit trends that resonate with local audiences.
- Natural On-Camera Presence: Comfortable, expressive, and relatable on camera—speaking like a friend or creator rather than a formal presenter.
- Fast & Agile Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and real-time trend hijacking over lengthy pre-production.
Responsibilities:
- Daily Content Production: Ideate, shoot, and edit high-volume daily vertical videos for TikTok and Reels from start to finish.
- Trend Hijacking & Research: Spot viral formats, sounds, and men’s styling discussions early, adapting them into brand-relevant content within hours.
- Hook & Angle Writing: Craft punchy 3-second hooks and casual, conversational storylines (GRWM, styling hacks, outfit checks, street-style vox pops) that drive watch time and shares.
- On-Camera Talent: Act as the main face and voice of the brand’s short-form channels, building authentic engagement in the comments and live sessions.
