Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in developing content strategies and conducting research
- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Understand the content production's flow from concepting, briefing, scripting, shooting, editing, revision, until finishing (If you're not very good at editing, that's okay)
- Understand about digital branding
- Identify social media trends (especially TikTok) and develop them into content
- Highly creative, collaborative and up to date with trends
- Generate content marketing strategies and set goals
- Great analytical abilites on social media performance and insight
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
