Job description for Content Creator Staff at Pt. Elina Prima Sejahtera
Job Description:
- Handle and manage all company social media platforms end-to-end (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other platforms)
- Create creative, engaging, and on-brand content ideas aligned with company objectives
- Research social media trends, viral content, and digital market insights
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly content planning and scheduling
- Execute end-to-end content production, including scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing
- Create photo and video content for social media, campaigns, and marketing needs
- Monitor content performance, engagement, and audience growth across all platforms
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and KOL teams for campaign and branding activities
- Maintain brand image and increase brand awareness through creative social media strategies
- Support live events, campaigns, and content activities when needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or related creative fields
- Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and other digital platforms
- Able to execute end-to-end content production (planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing)
- Up-to-date with social media trends, viral content, and digital culture
- Creative, communicative, and detail-oriented
- Basic to intermediate skills in photo/video editing applications (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- Confident to appear on camera and become content talent if needed
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Interest or knowledge in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, and digital trends is a plus
- Portfolio or social media content samples are required
