Job Description
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to manage and grow Sheepdog.id, our media platform. This role will be responsible for developing engaging content ideas, producing social media content, and maintaining the platform's content quality and consistency. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, has a strong creative instinct, and knows how to turn interesting ideas into engaging content that resonates with the audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Ideation & Planning: Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with Sheepdog.id's identity, target audience, and content direction.
- Content Strategy: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content publication.
- Content Production: Handle end-to-end content production, including scripting, shooting, and editing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and other relevant platforms.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral topics, memes, and audience interests to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day content publishing and ensure content aligns with the platform's tone of voice and visual identity.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor content performance, analyze engagement and reach, and use insights to improve future content.
- Creative Experimentation: Continuously explore new content formats, storytelling approaches, and creative angles to grow the platform's audience.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, social media, or a related creative role. Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Experienced in creating short-form video content, particularly Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
- Proficient in video editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Able to develop creative content ideas and translate them into engaging social media content.
- Up to date with social media trends, internet culture, memes, and viral content.
- Has a good understanding of social media storytelling, hooks, and audience engagement.
- Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and take ownership of the content production process.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to experiment with new ideas.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing talent during content production is a plus.
- A portfolio showcasing previous content or video projects is required.
