š¹ Job Description:
Binka Studio, a nail and beauty salon, is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who is up-to-date with beauty and lifestyle trends, and able to turn our salon services (nail art, treatments, etc.) into engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). You'll be responsible for planning, producing, and managing content that grows engagement, brand awareness, and drives bookings/new customers.
š ļø Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative campaign ideas and storyboards for product launches, events, or brand partnerships.
- Research nail art trends, designs, and beauty content formats that are currently going viral.
- Plan content ideas and concepts (photos, videos, reels, carousels) that showcase nail art results, treatments, and the salon's atmosphere.
- Document the treatment process (before-after, behind the scenes, nail art in progress), from filming/shooting through editing and publishing.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure a consistent posting schedule across all platforms.
- Collaborate with nail therapists/beauticians to capture the best moments and results worth turning into content.
- Assist with video editing or animation (if applicable).
ā Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or alternatives like Canva, Figma.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative, with a strong aesthetic sense, and comfortable being on camera as well as behind it (a plus).
- Able to work under deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced salon environment.
š Education & Experience:
Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
1ā3 years of relevant experience preferred (portfolio required).
Experience with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) is a bonus.
