Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Plan, film, and edit Reels, TikToks, and other short-form video content.
* Create engaging Instagram Stories and casual, authentic phone-shot content.
* Interview residents and capture their experiences.
* Film events, activities, rooms, and lifestyle moments at Bali Bustle.
* Repurpose existing photography and video assets into new content.
* Stay updated with relevant social media trends and create content that fits Bali Bustle's brand.
Lead Generation
* Create content with clear calls-to-action (CTAs) to generate enquiries.
* Encourage potential guests to contact Bali Bustle through DM, WhatsApp, or our website.
* Create content that addresses common booking and accommodation questions.
* Track which content generates enquiries and potential leads.
* Work closely with the Sales team to follow up and pass on relevant leads.
Community & Social Media
* Respond to comments and engage with our online community.
* Engage with relevant Bali-based accounts, communities, and audiences.
* Encourage guests and residents to tag Bali Bustle and share their experiences.
* Collect and organize user-generated content (UGC).
* Connect and collaborate with relevant micro-creators.
* Stay aware of social media trends, local happenings, and relevant content opportunities in Bali.
