About the Company
HOCO Group is an Indonesian company specializing in integrated water connection solutions, covering HDPE piping systems under HOCO and sanitary and plumbing products under HQ. As part of our ongoing brand refresh and content development, we are expanding our creative team to strengthen video-based communication across social media. This role supports brand storytelling, product launches, and campaign execution through high-quality video content that is professional, approachable, and relevant to our audience.
Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role
• Full-time availability
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera (talking head, product explanation)
• Well-groomed and presentable for brand and corporate-facing content
• Proficient in video shooting using mirrorless cameras and iPhone
• Solid understanding of video composition, lighting, and basic cinematography
• Able to edit videos for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram and Youtube)
• Creative, collaborative, and open to feedback
• Interest in product-based content, especially pipe, plumbing, and sanitary products
Responsibilities
• Produce video content from concept to execution, including scripting, shooting, and editing
• Create product showcase, campaign, and launch-related video content
• Appear on camera when required to support brand communication
• Collaborate with Social Media Specialist and creative team on content planning
• Ensure all content aligns with brand direction and visual standards
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns and content initiatives
Nice to Have
• Basic motion graphic skills to enhance video content
• Experience creating product-focused or technical content is a plus
• Basic photography skills
