Kualifikasi:

5. Mampu Produksi Konten Video

6. Mahir menggunakan CapCut, Canva, & ElevenLabs

7. Memahami Dasar Digital Marketing

8. Mampu Mengelola Interaksi Akun (Admin Sosmed)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

1. Menyusun content plan mingguan/bulanan yang sesuai dengan tren terbaru dan strategi digital marketing perusahaan.

2. Mengambil video, melakukan editing di CapCut, mendesain aset di Canva, dan mengintegrasikan suara Al melalui ElevenLabs untuk menciptakan konten berkualitas tinggi.

3. Menulis script video yang memiliki hook kuat dan caption yang memancing interaksi (copywriting).

4. Mengelola operasional harian akun (posting tepat waktu) dan menjadi jembatan komunikasi dengan audiens (membalas DM/Komentar dengan gaya bahasa yang sesuai brand voice).

5. Memantau algoritma dan tren media sosial secara real-time untuk memastikan konten tetap relevan dan tidak ketinggalan zaman.

6. Memperhatikan metrik dasar (views, likes, shares) untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas konten yang telah dibuat.
