Job Requirements
* Min Bachelor Degree
* Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Proven work experience as a proven as a social media practitioner
* Experience creating strong - engaging content
* Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
* The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong listening and communication skills.
* Good leadership and managerial skill.
* Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
Job Description :
* Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
* Ensure content quality meets interested parties’ SLA.
* Manage Content Creative Team to create various content types (social media contents and photos product for marketplaces) with relevant tone and style.
* Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
* Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
* Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
* Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
