Job Description:
1. Develop monthly content strategy, content pillars, and content calendar aligned with Eduneed.id's business and marketing goals.
2. Conduct research on education, academic, student, and research-related trends to generate relevant content ideas.
3. Create and produce short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other relevant platforms.
4. Handle the end-to-end content production process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, basic editing, caption, and publishing.
5. Develop educational, informative, and promotional content that is relevant to students, lecturers, researchers, and academic audiences.
6. Monitor content performance and provide monthly insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Strong interest or experience in Education, EdTech, Academic, or Student-related content is a plus.
- Able to create TikTok/Reels-style short-form content from concept to execution.
- Good understanding of social media trends, storytelling, hooks, and content performance metrics.
- Able to write engaging scripts and captions in Bahasa Indonesia; good English is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in CapCut, Canva, or similar content creation tools.
- Creative, proactive, comfortable appearing on camera, and able to work independently.
- Based in Madiun and willing to work from office.
