Dipstrategy are looking for amazing creators to work in our fast-paced social content team. You will work closely with teams across the business to understand their needs and communications objectives, then translate this into content that appeals directly to our audiences. You’ll create the content, with support from the rest of the creative team, so you’ll need to be full of ideas and always ready to shoot.
You’ll need to be fluent in all the main social media channels, and there’s also the opportunity to get involved with other digital channels including websites.

- Fresh graduate dari jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi, Broadcasting, Multimedia, Marketing, atau jurusan relevan lainnya.
- Percaya diri, energik, komunikatif, dan nyaman tampil di depan kamera untuk membuat video konten.
- Memiliki pengalaman membuat konten untuk media sosial, baik melalui organisasi, proyek pribadi, freelance, maupun pengalaman kerja sebelumnya.
- Mampu mencari ide konten yang kreatif, menarik, relevan dengan target audiens, dan mengikuti tren media sosial.
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar editing video menggunakan CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, atau aplikasi sejenis.
- Memahami platform media sosial seperti TikTok, Instagram Reels, dan YouTube Shorts.
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam membuat script, hook, caption, dan storytelling untuk konten video.
- Memiliki portofolio konten video yang pernah dibuat, terutama konten yang menampilkan diri sendiri di depan kamera.
- Proaktif, mudah beradaptasi, terbuka terhadap feedback, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.
- Bersedia mengikuti proses produksi konten, mulai dari brainstorming, shooting, editing, hingga evaluasi performa konten.
- Berpengalaman membuat konten, design dengan Adobe Family. Mampu menggunakan AI dalam bekerja.
