Job description for Content Creator Internship at PT. LILI STYLE INDONESIA

Content Creator Intern (Fashion Industry) – Paid Internship

Job Description:

Mengembangkan ide konten kreatif yang sesuai dengan tren fashion (OOTD, styling, mix & match, dll)
Membuat konten untuk media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, Reels) mulai dari konsep hingga eksekusi
Terlibat dalam proses photoshoot & video shoot (styling, directing, talent coordination)
Mengedit konten (foto & video) menggunakan tools seperti CapCut, Canva, atau lainnya
Menulis caption yang engaging dan sesuai dengan brand voice
Melakukan riset tren fashion dan social media (trend TikTok, outfit inspiration, influencer)
Berkolaborasi dengan tim marketing untuk campaign dan launching produk
Membantu mengelola konten kalender dan jadwal posting

Requirements:

Fresh graduate / final year student (diutamakan jurusan Fashion, Communication, Marketing, atau sejenisnya)
Memiliki ketertarikan tinggi di dunia fashion & styling
Up-to-date dengan tren fashion dan social media (especially TikTok & Instagram)
Percaya diri untuk ikut shooting atau behind-the-scenes
Memiliki skill basic editing (CapCut, Canva, VN, dll)
Kreatif, detail-oriented, dan proaktif
Memiliki portfolio (Instagram/TikTok pribadi atau hasil karya) menjadi nilai plus
Bersedia internship selama 6 bulan
Mahir komunikasi dalam bahasa inggris (nilai tambah)
