Overview :
Dibilabs.id is a digital marketing agency by dibimbing.id. This position will work under Dibilabs.id, not under Dibimbing.id or work for Dibimbing.id.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Interested in or a part of kpop/kdrama fandom
- Have basic Canva design skill and video editing (mobile)
- Proven experience with social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok) and content creation tools (VN, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, eager to learn, and proactive in suggesting new ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create daily news or trend content
- Responsible for overviewing account growth
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (images, videos) on Instagram and Tiktok
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews across social media channels in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute promotional campaigns and events
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Report relevant social media metrics to marketing team
