Job description for Content Creator Interns at PT Cinta Paras Semesta

Sebagai Content Creator Intern untuk Community Unit PT Cinta Paras Semesta, kamu akan berperan dalam membangun, mengembangkan, dan mengeksekusi strategi konten untuk Kiehlers Community dan Cinta Laura Foundation sebagai community-driven & lifestyle-focused platform. Posisi ini berfokus pada bagaimana konten dapat memperkuat engagement, memperluas audience, serta membangun ekosistem komunitas yang relevan, impactful, dan aligned dengan brand purpose.

Tanggung jawab utama meliputi:

Mendukung perencanaan, produksi, dan eksekusi konten digital untuk social media Kiehlers & Cinta Laura Foundation
Membuat konten yang engaging, edukatif, dan relevan dengan community values, social impact, lifestyle, dan youth culture
Menulis caption, storytelling, dan hook sederhana yang sesuai dengan tone brand community & foundation
Membantu mengembangkan positioning community melalui konten yang konsisten dan meaningful
Berkolaborasi dengan tim social media, creative, campaign, dan community activation untuk mendukung campaign execution
Mengikuti tren sosial, lifestyle, educational, dan philanthropic movement untuk pengembangan ide konten
Membantu kebutuhan coverage sederhana untuk event, activation, atau community campaign
Melakukan basic monitoring performa konten (awareness, engagement, reach)
Menjaga seluruh output agar selaras dengan mission, audience, dan brand direction masing-masing unit

Requirements / Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Memahami basic social media content planning
Basic copywriting (caption, storytelling, hook)
Familiar menggunakan Canva untuk kebutuhan design cepat
Basic video editing (CapCut / VN / TikTok editor)
Aktif menggunakan Instagram & TikTok
Memahami dasar audience behavior & social media algorithm
Peka terhadap social issue, youth movement, lifestyle trend, dan community culture
Memiliki minat terhadap campaign berbasis social impact / education / empowerment menjadi nilai tambah

Educational Background:

Mahasiswa aktif / Fresh Graduate (Komunikasi, DKV, Public Relations, Marketing, Broadcasting, atau bidang terkait)
Pengalaman organisasi, volunteering, social project, atau content project menjadi nilai plus
