Job Summary
Responsible for producing the brand's internal video content — from behind-the-scenes footage and founder storytelling to daily organic content. Serves as the primary source of raw assets used by the Affiliator and AI Content Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot internal brand videos (behind-the-scenes, production process, founder story) on a regular basis
- Produce daily organic content for Instagram & TikTok
- Supply raw footage & assets that can be further processed by the AI Content Specialist
- Coordinate with the Affiliator to create content references for affiliates/KOLs
- Maintain consistent brand tone & visual identity across all content produced
- Support live-selling sessions when needed (documentation, not hosting)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a videographer/content creator (freelance portfolio acceptable)
- Skilled in using a camera/smartphone to produce TikTok/Instagram-quality video
- Basic video editing proficiency (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent)
- Must have a video portfolio to share when applying
- Able to work under tight deadlines with a daily content cadence
Nice to Have
- Men with expressive personalities, confident in front of camera, and have passion for beauty, fashion or lifestyle
- Experience in FMCG/beauty/body care brands
- Familiar with TikTok Shop content trends & formats
- Comfortable on camera (able to double as talent when needed)
