Job description for Content Creator Intern at Heart Troops
Heart Troops is a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully crafted based in Jakarta.
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and hands-on Content Creator Intern to support the development and execution of engaging content across our digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, creating social media content, appearing on camera, and bringing ideas to life from concept to publication. You will work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to create content that strengthens brand awareness, engages our community, and supports business growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Generate creative content ideas based on brand objectives, campaigns, and social media trends.
- Act as on-camera talent and support content production activities when needed.
- Edit videos, photos, and simple visual assets for social media and marketing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external creators to bring content ideas to life.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in fashion, lifestyle, social media, and content creation.
- Familiar with current fashion, lifestyle, and social media trends, with a good understanding of content formats and audience behavior.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand in social media content.
- Has experience creating content for personal projects, campus organizations, freelance work, or brands
- Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn, test, and improve continuously
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Available for 3 - 6 months internship and willing to work full WFO (@Tebet - Jakarta Selatan, Monday–Friday)
