Requirements :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communication, Marketing, Creative Media, or related field
- Passionate about creating makeup and beauty content (videos, photos, and captions) and comfortable appearing on camera
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends
- Basic skills in shooting and editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Creative, proactive, and up-to-date with social media trends
Working Scope :
- Produce up to 10 engaging content pieces per week (short-form videos, posts, and captions)
- Shoot and appear in content such as tutorials, product reviews, GRWM, and daily beauty routines
- Edit and optimize content for social media platforms
- Develop creative ideas and assist in planning content calendars aligned with brand goals
- Monitor content performance and gather insights to understand audience preferences
