Job description for Content Creator Intern (Japanese Pop Culture) at Red Communication Indonesia

We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who will be responsible for producing creative TikTok content focusing on Japanese pop culture

What You'll Learn & Do

Create engaging short videos (15–30 seconds).
Manage multiple content projects on a regular basis.
Conduct trend research and develop video content ideas.
Active and familiar with social media trends, especially on TikTok.

Who We're Looking For

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Communications, Japanese Literature, or a related field.
Understand Japanese pop culture (anime, manga, trends) is a must.
Proficient in video editing using CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
Good communication and time management skills.

Internship Details

Duration: August–December 2026
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2x WFO per week)
Recruitment Process: TikTok Content Test & Interview
