Talia Little Wonders adalah sebuah brand produk perawatan kulit (skincare) yang lembut dan hipoalergenik, khusus diformulasikan untuk bayi, anak-anak, dan pemilik kulit sensitif.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Membuat, menulis (script), merekam, dan mengedit konten short-form yang menarik (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
Berkolaborasi langsung dengan influencer dan talent untuk memproduksi konten yang sesuai dengan brand.
Melakukan editing menggunakan tools seperti CapCut, VN, Canva, atau Adobe (nilai plus).
Melakukan riset tren, audio, dan hashtag untuk menemukan peluang konten viral.
Brainstorming dan mengeksekusi ide-ide kreatif yang selaras dengan tone dan identitas visual Mom & Baby Brand.
Memastikan seluruh konten memenuhi standar brand dari segi estetika, tone, dan storytelling.
Mampu membuat konten yang menggabungkan storytelling, pengetahuan produk, dan format berbasis tren untuk meningkatkan engagement audiens.
Mengambil konten behind-the-scenes serta mengatur dan mendokumentasikan proses shooting harian (menggunakan setup mobile diperbolehkan).

REQUIREMENTS:

Diutamakan Creator atau Talent (preferable wanita)
Berpenampilan rapi, menarik, dan percaya diri di depan kamera.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 6 bulan magang/kerja, atau memiliki 1+ tahun pengalaman sebagai Content Creator di industri beauty (Mom & Baby brand lebih diutamakan).
Pengalaman sebelumnya dalam membuat konten bersama influencer atau konten viral menjadi nilai tambah.
Kreatif, gesit, dan selalu up-to-date dengan tren TikTok serta konten short-form.
Responsif, teliti, dan mampu mengerjakan beberapa tugas sekaligus (multitasking).
Memiliki kemampuan visual storytelling dan editing konten (level dasar hingga lanjutan).
Percaya diri bekerja langsung dengan influencer/talent.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan.
Wajib memiliki portofolio (upload di glints/CV)
Bersedia WFO di wilayah PIK 2 dan Cipondoh (apabila diperlukan ke kantor Cipondoh)
