Content Creator / Creative Team

Glow & Go Group aims to create fresh and innovative offline concept in the beauty and wellness space. We started with our first concept Glow & Go Korean express beauty bar that offers "15-minutes" facials, slimming, and manicure for active and busy individuals who care a lot about their skin health. We operate more than 8 branches in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bandung, Solo, and Surabaya. We are also developing our second concept in the beauty retail space.

We're seeking a highly creative and skilled Content Creator to join our team! As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for growing our Instagram and TikTok official accounts by creating engaging, high-quality content that aligns with our brand DNA. If you have a passion for social media, graphic design, video editing - we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality, engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand DNA and resonates with our target audience. Design and edit posts using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and any other design software. Edit and optimize content for each

- Grow our Instagram and TikTok presence, focusing on total views, shares, followers, and engagement (comments and comments reply)

- Conduct on-site content creation, as needed, to capture high-quality visuals and footage. Go in frame, as needed, for content and/or livestreaming purpose
- Run campaign or content with KOL / Influencers

- Monitor and report on social media performance, using analytics tools to track engagement, growth, and other key metrics

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video editing

- Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation, graphic design, and video editing skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)

- Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills

- Ability to adapt to changing trends, algorithms, and brand priorities
