Job Description
• Independently responsible for content planning and video editing for beauty-related short video accounts, producing branded short videos for TikTok and Shopee.
• Develop visual creatives that align with TikTok trends.
• Responsible for end-to-end video editing (transitions, text, sound effects, etc.), from raw footage to playable content.
• Coordinate with creative, talent, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with market strategy.
• Manage content production and distribution plans.
Job Responsibilities
• At least one year of video editing experience, preferably in the beauty category.
(Responsible for filming, editing, and uploading company product videos to TikTok/Shopee. Must independently write titles, copy, keywords, etc.)
• Proficient in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects).
• Familiarity with TikTok's editing style: fast-paced, dynamic transitions, concise text, and popular music.
• Demonstrate content awareness and storytelling skills tailored to the Indonesian TikTok audience.
• Ability to work quickly, multitask, and meet daily/weekly content goals.
• Creative, adaptable, and actively following digital/video trends.
Candidates with experience producing videos for TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada are preferred, with beauty preferred.
• Personality traits: Confident, cheerful, energetic, and passionate about life
• English/Chinese is a plus
