Content Creator – Bikerz Bali
Bikerz Bali is seeking a creative, passionate, and highly motivated Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess strong content production and editing skills, and be capable of creating engaging content that represents the motorcycle lifestyle, premium riding gear, and vibrant community culture of Bikerz Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos featuring products, events, riders, and brand activities.
- Develop creative content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts aligned with the Bikerz Bali brand.
- Write compelling captions, social media posts, and promotional content in English.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Cover motorcycle events, community rides, product launches, and in-store activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and propose innovative content strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Analyze content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English (mandatory).
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for motorcycles, automotive culture, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
- Must be based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Preferred Skills
- Drone operation and aerial videography.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.
- Basic knowledge of photography lighting and studio setup.
- Experience managing influencer collaborations and community engagement.
