MA-GA Indonesia is looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator with strong storytelling skills to help build our brand image, engagement, and social media presence.
We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to join our team and help bring our brand vision to life through engaging digital content. If you're passionate about storytelling, aesthetics, and fragrance, we'd love to hear from you!
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop creative content concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other social media platforms.
- Create compelling storytelling around fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, products, store experiences, and the MA-GA brand story.
- Stay updated with the latest TikTok and Instagram trends and adapt them to the MA-GA brand.
- Develop engaging hooks, scripts, storylines, captions, and CTAs.
- Handle content production including shooting, directing, and video editing.
- Produce engaging, relatable, aesthetic, and potentially viral short-form video content.
- Create content for product launches, campaigns, promotions, store openings, events, and collaborations.
- Collaborate with KOLs/influencers, talents, photographers, videographers, and internal teams.
- Research trends, references, and audience insights to develop relevant content ideas.
- Monitor and evaluate content performance based on views, reach, engagement, watch time, and conversion.
- Ensure all content is aligned with MA-GA’s brand identity and visual direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
✔️ Experience as a Content Creator, Social Media, Creative, or related role.
✔️ Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
✔️ Excellent understanding of TikTok and Instagram content.
✔️ Up-to-date with social media trends and viral content.
✔️ Able to create strong hooks within the first 3 seconds.
✔️ Comfortable with shooting using a smartphone/camera.
✔️ Proficient in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
✔️ Strong visual and aesthetic sense, especially in beauty, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle content.
✔️ Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.
✔️ Portfolio is required.
✔️ Energetic, proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
