Requirements:
• Female, minimum 18 years old
• Creative, up-to-date with social media trends, and possesses a good sense of aesthetics
• Confident in front of the camera
• Understands how to create engaging content for Instagram and Threads
• Able to manage social media accounts, including writing captions, developing content plans, and maintaining posting consistency
• Understand basic photography and videography skills using a smartphone
• Able to use editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, or similar apps
• Has strong copywriting skills in Indonesian; knowledge of English is a plus
• Communicative, responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) and follow the content production process according to schedule

• Has a social media content portfolio
• Experience managing fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand accounts
• Understands social media insights and emerging content trends
