Skinted Beauty is looking for a creative, trend-aware, and passionate Content Creator & Social Media Intern who loves social media, beauty, and content creation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You will support the marketing team in creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms. This role includes content ideation, simple production, trend research, campaign support, and on-ground content creation in a fast-paced beauty startup environment.
Requirements
- Open for students from any semester or fresh graduates.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Open to feedback and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work WFO 100% in South Jakarta.
Must-Have Skill
- Good writing and communication skills
- Creative and up to date with social media trends (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Able to brainstorm content ideas and simple video concepts
- Basic understanding of content creation, storytelling, and sales-driven content
- Sales-oriented and understands content should help drive results, not just views
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Interested in makeup, beauty, and social media trends
Nice-to-Have
- Experience creating content for personal, freelance, or internship projects
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing content shoots
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms
- Help write captions, hooks, and simple video scripts that encourage engagement and sales
- Support content planning for campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Brainstorm fun, engaging, and sales-oriented content ideas
- Maintain brand tone and ensure content is delivered on time
