CONTENT CREATOR & KOL SPECIALIST (Freelance)
deocna - Remote (able to visit office if needed)
deocna is looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & KOL Specialist who is passionate about fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, and social media.
Responsibilities
- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Carousel content.
- Develop content ideas aligned with Deocna’s brand identity and aesthetic.
- Shoot and edit product photos/videos.
- Write captions aligned with Deocna’s brand voice.
- Research and identify relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators.
- Handle KOL outreach, communication, product seeding, and collaboration.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables and track KOL performance.
- Stay updated with social media and beauty/fragrance trends.
Requirements
- Experience in content creation, social media, or KOL/influencer marketing.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of Instagram & TikTok.
- Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle.
- Portfolio is required. KOL campaign experience is a plus.
