Job description for Content Creator & Ads Specialist at Mulia Box
About the role
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented, and performance-driven Content Creator & Ads Specialist to work directly with the CEO in developing engaging digital content and supporting advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is someone who not only excels at creating high-quality visual content, but also understands how content performs in digital advertising and contributes to brand growth, engagement, and lead generation.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate directly with the CEO for concept development, scriptwriting, campaign ideas, and content strategy.
- Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Capture high-quality video footage using iPhone and digital cameras with aesthetic, cinematic, and well-composed visuals.
- Edit videos using CapCut and Adobe Premiere, including transitions, effects, subtitles, and sound design (SFX).
- Produce content primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok, as well as Instagram posts and stories.
- Manage content posting schedule and optimize content performance for reach, engagement, and virality.
- Assist in handling and monitoring digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
- Work closely with the marketing team to create ad creatives and content optimized for paid ads and lead generation.
- Analyze content and advertising performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, reach, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, audience behavior, and content opportunities.
- Support brand activation, campaign execution, and creative marketing initiatives when needed.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role within the digital marketing or creative industry.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, short-form video content, and audience engagement strategies.
- Understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, especially Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Familiar with ad performance metrics and how to create content that performs well for both organic and paid campaigns.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Canva, and video editing software.
- Excellent understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and content optimization techniques.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about staying update with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Linguistically proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Able to work onsite at Mulia Box’s office in Bandung, and ideally have personal transportation due to job mobility requirements.
