Job description for Content Creative Marketing Lead at Quipper
- Leading creative campaign ideation for all Quipper Marketing activities
- Develop, conceptualize, strategize, design and contribute, illustrations of all Marketing platforms
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
- Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences
- Present, or oversee the presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3-4 years of related experience in Content Creative field
- Has a strong creative vision with an understanding of customer needs
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, etc.
- Proven experience with concept development
- HMO upon regularization with additional 3 dependents (fully covered by the Company)
- 12 VL (5VL can be carried over to following year), Unlimited SL for 1 year, Additional benefit to special leave per event (Marriage, paternity, death, hospitalized family member)
