- Diprioritaskan Fresh Graduate Daerah Bekasi (SMA/SMK/D3/D4/S1)

- Dapat melakukan editing sederhana dari raw content

- Sudah paham mengenai aplikasi editing seperti Capcut, Alight Motion, atau aplikasi lainnya mobile

- Konsisten dalam mengunggah video sesuai campaign

- Bisa kerja onsite di Babelan, Bekasi

- Mampu bekerja dengan target harian (jumlah video & upload)

- Percaya diri, kreatif, dan mau berkembang (growth mindset)

- Up to date pada konten clipper

- NILAI SANGAT PLUS KALO SUDAH FREELANCE/PERNAH JADI CLIPPER SEBELUMNYA
