Requirements
* Willing to work according to the assigned schedule, with days off based on the designated work schedule, including the possibility of working on weekends and public holidays.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Planning, Social Media Strategy, Video Content, Creative, or related fields.
* Experienced in developing content strategies and creative directions for social media accounts, from concept to execution.
* Able to develop video concepts, content directions, and creative ideas based on brand identity and target audience.
* Experienced in writing video scripts, copywriting, storylines, and content briefs.
* Able to develop content directions and creative briefs for KOL/Afiliate collaborations.
* Strong understanding of social media trends, audience preferences, and short-form video content.
* Able to translate ideas into clear and actionable creative directions for videographers, editors, KOLs, and other teams.
* Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
* Able to manage multiple content projects and work effectively under deadlines.
* Result oriented, detail oriented, and proactivein developing new content ideas.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
