Kalbis University (Jakarta)
Job Purpose:
To conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual content (static and motion) that supports both branding and operational needs at Kalbis University. The Creative Designer plays a key role in maintaining visual excellence across digital, print, and video content that aligns with Horizon’s brand identity and enhances the effectiveness of marketing and internal communication efforts.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and motion content creation (fresh graduates with strong portfolios welcome)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, CapCut)
- Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and animation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creative excellence
Preferred Qualities:
- A strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion works
- Knowledge of photography or video shooting is a plus
- Experience working in education or youth-focused sectors is a plus
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
