Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat
  • Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar, namun diutamakan memiliki pengalaman
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tulisan
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint)
  • Teliti, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, serta memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim
  • Memiliki orientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan (Customer Service Excellence)
  • Mampu bekerja dengan target serta memenuhi Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting 24/7, termasuk pada akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional sesuai jadwal operasional perusahaan
  • Dapat join segera

Job Deskripsi

  • Menangani pertanyaan, permintaan, dan keluhan pelanggan melalui chat, email, telepon, maupun kanal komunikasi lainnya
  • Memberikan informasi terkait produk dan layanan sesuai SOP yang berlaku
  • Melakukan pencatatan, monitoring, dan tindak lanjut terhadap tiket atau pengaduan pelanggan
  • Melakukan eskalasi kendala kepada tim terkait sesuai prosedur yang berlaku
  • Membantu proses verifikasi data pelanggan dan administrasi operasional Contact Center
  • Memastikan setiap penanganan pelanggan sesuai dengan standar layanan dan SLA perusahaan
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal untuk penyelesaian kendala pelanggan
  • Menjaga kerahasiaan data pelanggan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan
  • Melaksanakan tugas operasional lain yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas Contact Center sesuai arahan atasan
